Incredibly helpful staff, made our stay perfect 10/10. The location was indeed magnificent and unbeatable with easy access to shops and a supermarket. Moreover, it was walking distance to a museum and a castle.

Its location is magnificent, so close to refurbished and modernized castle. The staff is very amiable, the room is huge. I appreciated the place.

We stayed 2 nights here, nonetheless it was a fab experience. All the staff were charming, thanks very much guys. The location of the apartment was fantastic and marvellous to the Golf club or Woodland cafe elsewhere.

The staff was friendly and helpful to chat with. The room was warm enough and quiet with views over stornoway harbour. Location was fantastic and lovely, on Thursday night by an event.

There were quiet and warm enough room with a TV, bedroom, as example waiting for us. Staff of our accommodation was accommodating and exceptional.

In total, it was a such great trip. Featured a coffee maker, a dining area and a seating area, the rooms were modern and well-maintained. The bathroom was nice and clean here.

Upgraded to a spacious two bedroom apartment with harbor views. Late check-in process explained by Hamish. Very attentive staff at the café, with excellent food quality. Well-maintained historic building, beautifully restored. Hamish available throughout our stay.

Staff was hospitable plus were ready to help. Very bright lighting, spotless rooms. The bathroom was generous sized and generous-sized. The pool looked clean. I really enjoyed the exquisite location that is not far from the museum, harbor and a cute park, yet the area was really loud.

Wi-Fi was bad.

We had a great two-night stay at this place, where the staff were knowledgeable and accommodating, offering amenities like a TV with multiple channels, a dining area, and a comfortable sitting area; it was also wheelchair accessible, which was important to us.

We had a fantastic stay near a castle and shop in Stornoway, and had no complaints; we would definitely come back.
